The DAWN chains allow the organisms to attach, settle, and find a home, giving them structure and continuity.

Entirely handcrafted from silver ingots without the use of automated processes, each chain is drawn into wire and shaped ring by ring, then assembled and soldered by hand. Their extraordinary dimensions require a fully artisanal process, where the human gesture is essential at every stage.

All chains are ethically and responsibly sourced and composed of 50% recycled silver.

DAWN IS BORN

Handcrafted chains provide structure, organisms attach and settle, and natural keshi pearls act as the living link between them. When these three elements come together, DAWN awakens.

Coming Age is a woman-owned, independent design house founded in Montreal in 2021. The studio creates jewelry with futuristic organic forms, blending industrial and architectural influences with complex textures and irregularities inspired by living matter. Raw, expressive, and unconventional, each piece is deeply rooted in the body.

The house has been committed to artisanal creation, emphasizing inclusivity and self-expression through pieces that invite each individual to embrace their uniqueness.

Specializing in fine jewelry, custom pieces, and custom Grillz, Coming Age operates by appointment at its Mile-End (Montréal, QC) studio and works internationally via mail order. The studio also offers jewelry-making workshops, with time slots available for Spring 2026.
